A tapestry inspired by a Manet painting. This very intricate weaving was woven horizontally so that when vertical, the illusion of the brushstrokes of an oil painting can be seen. The many changes of subtle colours create a transparent effect, so that water is visible in the vase as well as giving a 3 dimensional effect.
